HD 110 - Stress Management


1-3 CR

This course introduces practical, evidence-based methods for understanding and managing stress. Students learn to recognize signs of stress and examine how stress influences thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through readings, discussion, and guided practice, students explore and apply a variety of techniques for reducing unwanted stress and strengthening overall well-being.
