OLS 101 - Nutrition II: Personal Health and Self-Care 2 CR
Building on the foundations of Nutrition I, this course focuses on personal care, mental health, and self-esteem as key components of wellness. Students will develop individualized health plans that incorporate hygiene, emotional well-being, and self-advocacy. The course emphasizes cultural awareness, preventative care, and access to health resources. Course is graded Credit/No Credit
