OLS 144 - Office Procedures and Customer Service

Students learn essential office administration skills and develop effective customer service techniques, including how to interact professionally with others and handle conflicts. The course emphasizes practical, real-world skills for professional interpersonal interactions and office operations.   Course is graded Credit/No Credit.

Prerequisite(s): Acceptance into Program.
