OLS 172 - Workplace Problem Solving 2 CR
This course focuses on developing practical problem-solving skills for workplace settings. Students learn and apply strategies to address common workplace challenges such as misunderstandings, changes in routine, conflicting expectations, stress, and frustration. Through scenarios, discussion, and guided practice, students build skills in analyzing problems, managing emotions, and selecting appropriate responses to workplace situations. Course is graded Credit/No Credit.
