OLS 177 - Workplace Readiness 2 CR
This course prepares students to transition into internships and employment by applying self-determination and workplace skills in real-world contexts. Students secure an internship site, refine professional materials, practice interviewing, and strengthen communication with supervisors and coworkers. Emphasis is placed on professionalism, problem-solving, self-advocacy, and readiness to meet workplace expectations prior to entering a two-quarter internship experience. Course is graded Credit/No Credit.
