Students must complete a minimum of 20 credit hours in the concentration discipline as determined by the program.
A student is eligible to apply for an academic concentration if:
A maximum of 5 credits may be applied to distribution requirements. 15 concentration credits must be applied to Electives.

A maximum of 10 credits may be applied to distribution requirements. All other concentration credits must be applied to Electives.
Courses must be from three different disciplines and with a grade of C- or better.
Grade requirement of C- or better in each concentration course
Choose three courses from the following list:
I. One course in United States History (5 credits)
II. One course in World History (5 credits)
III. One Thematic History course (5 credits)
Choose one from the following History courses:
IV. One additional course from either World Civilization OR Thematic History (not from US History)
20 credits in mathematics taken at Bellevue College with at least two of the following courses:
Two of the following courses:
Take four courses (20 credits) in Psychology as part of the AAS degree
TWO of the following five courses:
5 additional credits in Psychology
Note: 1. We strongly recommend students to consult with a faculty memeber in the Psychology department before completing the form or beginning their journey to get the concentration.
2. Only one PSYC course can go towards the Social Science distribution. PSYC 202 can go towards the Science distribution.
Grade Requirement of C- or better in each concentration course
