HLTH 212 - Mindfulness and Meditation 5 CR
Students will explore moving and stationary meditation and mindfulness approaches to improve physical health and mental well-being. Stress management techniques and centering practices will help participants deal more effectively with life stressors and challenges.

- Explore meditation and mindfulness basics.
- Apply methods to focus and relax the mind.
- Develop and build a habit of practicing meditation every day.
- Gain a greater appreciation of the connection between effective mindfulness practices and the human body’s immune response.
