Web Development Certificate of Achievement

The certificate in Web Development is designed for entry-level positions that require ongoing support and development of database-driven web applications to be used on desktop and mobile devices.

Eligibility Requirements

• Placement into ENGL 101  or completion of ENGL 92  or ENGL 93  with a C or better,
• Placement into MATH 138  or MATH 141  or completion of MATH 99  with a C or better.

• Explain the fundamental concepts of web programming and the principles of front-end and back-end development.

• Utilize web development frameworks and tools to design and develop interactive and responsive user interfaces.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of database concepts and SQL programming in order to design database applications that can retrieve, manipulate, and manage data.
